-PAY PAL PAYMENTS: We are only able to ship to the address associated with your Pay Pal account.
-SHIPPING SERVICES: Items will be shipped using UPS . At times, larger orders might be shipped via UPS Ground Service so as to save our customers costs.
-EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Our normal expedited shipping is via UPS.
OUR POLICY FOR BACK ORDERS:
Back ordered items will not be charged to your credit card until they are ready to be shipped. You will not be charged in advance unless there are special conditions AND we have your permission.
We feel it is important to honour all our customers’ requests for items that are not listed on our website, but those which we are able to get from one of our many supply companies throughout the world. Special order items must be paid for in advance and prior to the order being fulfilled. We always do our very best to obtain the item quickly, but there is always the possibility of a delay of several weeks depending on the time of placing the order and from what country it is coming. Special order items are not returnable.
RETURN OF GOODS:
Returned goods are accepted within 10 days of receipt. We will refund your payment less shipping charges. We will not pay return shipping costs under any circumstances. *Return items need to be in a perfect resalable condition with all original packaging and paperwork.
ORDERS TO OTHER ADDRESSES:
We reserve the right to decline any orders that are requested to be shipped to any other address than that which is shown as the billing address of the purchaser’s credit card. You will be notified and at the same time and given the opportunity to have the item shipped to your billing address so that you can forward the item on yourself. Please call in advance with any questions.
